5 Star Quality Management Tracking System

Arrival checks are made the first day of every assignment.

Initial feedback calls are made after the associates first few days.

Performance monitoring calls are made throughout the duration of the assignment.

A “Performance Evaluation” is conducted at the end of each assignment.

Our staffing specialists track and address all unsatisfactory reporting to ensure corrective action is taken.

As part of the quality system, United communicates with our associates to continually evaluate the success of our placement efforts. The added insight of the associate’s feedback completes the full circle of our quality strategy.
